Old Process

The future of government shouldn't involve a fax machine.

Previously, this form was submitted in person by paper. The applicant would also be required to submit a drawing either by emailing it to us separately or by bringing in a hard copy of the drawing. Staff would then need to scan these items in and organize take the separate materials and combine them into one digital folder.

Processing time took about 15-20 minutes.

New Process

In minutes we were able to convert the existing process into a smart online experience.

The applicant may submit their application at any time convenient to them. Any drawings that are required to be submitted can be uploaded with their application submission. The applicant is then directed to submit any other forms that may be required in conjunction with the application. A digital record is automatically created and all the information is submitted together at one time.

Processing time takes around 5 minutes!
