Old Process

The future of government shouldn't involve a fax machine.

There was no process for feedback existing before this form. We were looking to generate some feedback on what kind of content we needed to share across our channels. Because we have so many topics, so many different departments that we could talk about, we could talk about it all but it would be lost. 

So we really wanted to drill down into what our digital audiences wanted to hear from us this year and the feedback through this form would help us outline that. This started in the social media department as an idea to support content in our department.

New Process

In minutes we were able to convert the existing process into a smart online experience.

We're going to let this run through mid-march and through that time we will look through this data to see which topics stand out, we have an idea but we'll go through that to confirm if what we're thinking is correct. 

From there we'll start building out content, campaigns and work on video to see what content we can create to speak to what our viewers want to hear and see.
